Extensive experience in private and RSL sector of running grounds maintenance services, with very relevant knowledge and experience acquired including in relation to health and safety. Currently Estates Manager with Williamsburgh Housing Association in Paisley with responsibility for overseeing their in-house grounds maintenance, bulk uplift, back court maintenance and void clean and clearance service. Previously Estates Caretaker supervisor with Cadder HA, managing a team of 15. Has also worked as a Contract Manager with a large private grounds maintenance contractor and prior to that established and ran his own grounds maintenance and house clearance company for 13 years. Started as a horticulturalist with Glasgow City Council parks department. Lives in Baillieston
